Ramble...Ramble..

Well, its been awhile since I have blogged. Life sure has been busy! I do however find time for myspace, but thats for a quick jump on and then jump off...lol! My hubby has been home ever since Thurs. and he is not very fond of myspace or me even being on the computer....sigh...Men! So, I haven't been on like I would like to, to blog! If you have seen me make changes on my myspace page thats because he was either gone for a few hours or outside doing yard work...lol!

I usually have to blog in the mornings after everyone is off to school and work and my lil ones are watching George. I was going to try and do it at night, but my hubby seems to want ALL of me at night...lol! I'm glad that we have that time though...with 4 kids its not that easy! So, usually night time is "Our time"....whether its sitting out on the deck talking the night away or watching the Apple Dumpling Gang (what a funny movie). Fot the past few weeks though we have all been sick with a sinus cold and are just now starting to get over it! We actually made it to church this Sunday, which was nice! It was really good to see everybody and listen to the worship band! The preacher talked about those being a hearer and not a doer of the scripture. Thats something so many of us do. We go to church to get our "fill" but when we come back into the real world, all that is learned on Sunday is not with us for the rest of the week. This is something I am definetly working on!

We had friends we haven't seen in along time come visit us yesterday. We grilled and chilled...is what I like to call it...lol! It was really good seeing them and just having another girl-friend to talk to. She is a sweety! She even washed my dishes without me knowing ( I was outside with the men folks and I thought she was in the bathroom...lol). Oh...she does hair, massages, manicures, and all that salon stuff...lol! So, if you are ever in the area...just holla and I'll get ya the hook-up...;)

Oh...I went to go visit my mom and dad last week! It was soooo good seeing them! I actually popped in on them...they had no idea I was coming! Of course...I have no cell phone anymore and no long distance, so I had no way of letting them know...lol! I was just goin to take a chance and was so glad I did! My mom's birthday is coming up, so I am thinking about making another surprise visit...;)

Well, its another beautiful day! The hubby is off today and left out not to long ago to go to the hunting land. They are getting it ready for the new season! Can you believe fall is almost here!? I love Fall weather...can't wait to pile some leaves up and jump in them...lol! Ok...maybe not me, but I'm sure the kids would Love it! That reminds me, when my cuz Tim and I would rack leaves for Aunt Josie and pile them up so high and then get a ladder and jump off in them. Those were the days...

Speaking of...I've got my moms old photos, maybe next blog I'll share some old memories with ya...:)
